Founder, Alexander Likourgiotis, is a professional barista, trained in Italian cafes and fine-dining restaurants. Growing up in a family restaurant business, he values the importance of food and its way of bringing people together.
During his time spent living in Japan, he learned to appreciate Japanese culture, and how respect and quality are interlinked. The tea ceremony or 茶道 (sadō) is a fundamental Japanese tradition that embodies aspects of Zen, mindfulness, and hospitality.
